In case you missed it, here is the first video, where Jim Terrell, the creator of QuickBlade paddles, is breaking down the stroke used in Stand-Up Paddling. It covers all the aspects of a good stand-up paddling stroke – speed, stroke rate, stroke distance, technique and more.

If you want to study the technique of a pro, below is a slow-motion video of Fanatic and Quickblade international team rider Chase Kosterlitz, who just won the 2012 WPA Long Distance World Championships training on the Munich canal (but not using his normal paddle, so the length was not perfect).
