The final 2012 EUROSUPA Rankings have just been published
All in all, there have been 12 Eurosupa races in 6 countiries, 7 Beach and 5 Long Distance Races with a total of 170 participants from 12 countries. For the rankings, the best 3 results of each category, distance and beach, have been added to determine the total points.
Starboard Rider Leo Nika from Italy leads the Men's Beach Race Rankings, after having won 2 beach races in Italy, followed by Eric Terrien (BIC, France) and Fabrizio Gasbarro (Fanatic, Italy). For the long distance races, Eric Terrien leads before Fabrizio Gasbarro and Yoann Cornelis (Fanatic, France). Women's undisputed long distance winner is Sigrid Baumgartner (Starboard, Austria) followed by Olivia Piana (Fanatic, France), who is 2nd with only 2 races, Andrea Moravcova (Starboard) is 3rd. The Women's Beach Race Rankings are led by Silvia Mecucci (Starboard, Italy), before Roberta Mariani and Olivia Piana.
