Wondering which board world’s fastest female paddler Annabel Anderson (formerly Starboard) is riding these days? After Annabel Andersons go to shaper Brian Szymanski and John Becker crossed from Starboard to Lahui Kai it only seemed a matter of time until she followed suit and in December 2014 it was officially announced that Annabel joined Lahui Kai.

The Lahui Kai brand was bought by SUP ATX almost two years ago now, in attempt to strengthen SUP ATX’s presence in the prestigious SUP racing scene.

Their flagship raceboard is the team race, available in 12.6″x25.25″, 12’6″ x 26″, 12’6″ x 27.75″ and 14′ x 24″, 14′ x 26″, 14′ x 27.25″. Annabel recently won the Carolina Cup on it and this board (in 12’6″ also was the best performing board in the 2014 Battle of the Paddle.

There might be faster boards for flatwater racing but for the ocean this board is great!
