We have read the book for you and can really recommend it. Firstly, it is not just some paddle technique tips and a training planning, it takes a holistic approach covering everything, nutrition, strength training, SUP Yoga etc. Secondly, it is a great and easy read. If you have ever worked with or read books on endurance training which are terribly complicated and full of scientific facts you will know what I mean. This a book that you can actually read like a novel (as opposed to like studying with a scientific book) but you will still get all the facts, just in a very simple, easy to digest way. Only minor complaint: The book is better to read as a printout or on an ipad vs. the amazon kindle where the text is a bit too small (and cannot be zoomed it or increased in font size)
