Available since April, the book is a comprehensive must-have guide on the sport: How to paddle rivers and tidal rapids, surf, flat water, prepare for expeditions and trips, racing, fitness with Nikki Gregg, and a history chapter by Corran Addison.

Photos show how to do eddy turns in rivers, how to paddle out in surf, where not to surf, how to attach tie-downs the board to attach gear, the pivot turn and cross bow techniques, and boating safety, etc.

From choosing the right gear to stroke techniques and fitness advice, Rob will have you stand up paddling in no time.  He interviewed Nikki Gregg, Dan Gavere, Steve Boehne, Evan Lloyd, Brandi Baksic, Wade Lawson, Dave Collins, Candice Appelby, Jenny Kalmbach, etc. Dave Kalama wrote the forward for the book.
